OVERVIEW |
This two-hour course focuses on
the state of the art MRI methods for assessing diseases of the GI
tract. Specific focus will be made on MR enterography to assess
inflammatory bowel disease of the small bowel, staging of rectal
carcinoma, as well as evaluation of the perineum for fistulas and
pelvic floor dysfunction. All presentations feature
didactic–interactive lectures using audience response technology. |
|
TARGET AUDIENCE |
This course is aimed at
clinicians, imaging scientists and MR technologists interested in
the use of MRI for assessment of diseases in the GI tract,
particularly for inflammatory bowel disease, rectal staging and
pelvic floor imaging. |
|
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
As a result of attending this
course, participants should be able to: |
