Basic Theory of Motion Artifacts in MRI
Andy Alexander
Motion artifacts are one of the most common causes of poor imaging quality in MRI. These artifacts related to the coupling between the spatio-temporal properties of the motion and the trajectory and timing of k-space measurements. This presentation will review the underlying mechanisms of motion artifacts in MRI.

Motion correction tools for fetal MRI
Alena Uus
In fetal MRI, motion correction is primarily applied retrospectively and is based on slice-to-volume registration (SVR) methods. This talk summaries the recent advances in SVR-based methods for fetal MRI along with the main challenges and the essential aspects of integration into research and clinical practice.
