Introducing the New ISMRM Website: A Fresh Look
Dear Members:
Let me be the first to welcome you to our new ISMRM web site! This has been the result of over a year of planning, design, and implementation. We now have a more modern homepage that is easier to navigate and will more clearly showcase the wonderful work from our members. I’m in particular interested in how our new page can highlight your amazing work to a more global audience beyond our MRI community. The design concept you see will continue through to the annual meeting pages as we look towards Cape Town. This should make the meeting easier to navigate, especially when paired with our new ECHO system. Keep an eye out as the year progresses!
I have a lot of people to thank for this effort, but in particular I wanted to thank Sally Moran, John Celio, and Daniel Lebedinsky from the Central Office, who have been the ones on the ground making this happen. I also wanted to thank Erika Raven for agreeing to be our new Web Editorial Committee chair. She and the committee will be working to further improve the content on the site in the coming year.
I hope that you will take a moment to look around. There’s a lot of reformatting work that will be continuing in the coming months and I hope the experience will continue to improve as this proceeds. I also wanted to remind you to join us at community.ismrm.org, where you can find up-to-date discussions and resources for all areas of the ISMRM.
