If you wish to become an SMRT member to receive the member discount on your meeting registration, please follow these instructions carefully:
- If you have been a member in the past, log in here and either pay your 2017 dues or apply for 2017 membership. Do not create a new profile.
- If you have never been an SMRT member, please create a new profile here and then apply for membership.
- Once your 2017 membership is paid, you may then register for the Annual Meeting at the member rate.

Registration Information & FAQs
Group Registrations: Each member of a group must be registered individually. There is no discount for group registrations.
Receipts: Receipts will be emailed to pre-registered attendees.
Do You Need a Visa? Please click here for more information about applying for a visa. Visa applicants are advised to apply at least 3 to 4 months in advance of a trip.
Do You Need an Invitation Letter? Be sure to select the invitation letter option when you register.
Meeting Materials: Your badge and materials will be available at the pre-registration desk onsite in Honolulu. No meeting materials will be mailed.
The Annual Meeting registration entitles 2-day, 3-day and 6-day registrants to online access to the Proceedings of the meeting and admission to the Technical Exhibition. In addition, advance registrants for the Annual Meeting will have access to the Proceedings and Syllabus two weeks before the meeting via the SMRT website. More information on this will be sent to the registrants in April 2017.
Admission to all sessions and the exhibition hall is restricted to individuals wearing official meeting name badges. Please wear your name badge at all times.
Children under 16 are not allowed in any meeting sessions or evening events! No exceptions! Childcare options are available at select hotels and through other services. Click here for more information.
Member discount: Members in good standing of the SMRT or ISMRM may register for the 26th Annual Meeting at substantially lower rates than nonmembers. If you are not currently a member of the SMRT or ISMRM, it is not too late to join and take advantage of the lower meeting registration rate! See the light blue box above for more information.
Onsite registration hours: To minimize long lines at our registration area, we encourage you to visit on Friday, 21 April 2017.

Refunds & Cancellations: To cancel registration, you must request a refund in writing by 21 March 2017. Refunds will be subjected to a 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellation after this date. NO ATTENDEE MAY SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.
