Claiming Credit
Verifying Attendance
CE credit can only be issued to verified attendees. In order to receive credit, you must:

• Complete the CE Sign-In Sheets for each day of the Workshop
  (4 CE Sign-in Sheets per day)
• Each Sign-in Sheet must include the following (printed clearly):
• The correct Keyword
• First Name
• Last Name
• Badge Number
• Moderators will announce the Keywords at the beginning and at the end of each session.
• Sign-in Sheets need to be deposited in the CE Sign-in Boxes in the back of the Meeting Room at the end of each session
  
  • Session times are listed below the date at the top of each Sign-In Sheet.

  Your user name will be your member/meeting ID (this number can be found on your badge)
  Your password is your last name
           i. Case sensitive – first letter capitalized
           ii. (without spaces, apostrophes or hyphens)

The first time you login, you will be asked to select your designation. This will impact the kind of credit certificate you will be eligible for.  

You will have access to the Workshop under the “Events” tab of the Online Learning Center. CE credit claims are not completed until you have finished the workshop evaluations. Your evaluations are very important. The SMRT uses your feedback to guide and plan for our future meetings and workshops.

Once completed, a certificate will be added to your record to print or download, and stored online in the Online Learning Center.
